Little Art Gallery

I'm a big fan of Imagine Dragons, I really love every song they made :) So I decided to draw the album cover from 'Smoke & Mirrors'. I really like this picture because you can not know if the bird is dead and falling down, or if the bird is set free and flying away. And If the bird is free and flying away, there is a big contrast to the chained hands.

This is my first picture I've painted with pastel chalk. There are many thinks I have to learn, e.g. the roses are to less detailed and you can't see the roes stalks, so it looks a bit like the roses are flying :)

For this artwork I used a reference picture from the internet. As you can see the face is a bit to wide, but I think the blood on the shirt looks quite good, what du you think?

Here I tried to draw a realistic eye with color pencils.

The weather today was so nice, so I thought that I could chill a bit in the garden, there I've saw this nice daisies and tried to sketch them. Here you can see the result :) I'm not really satisfied with the leaves, I think they are to dominant in this picture.
